Orientation Lesson -Gripping Handle bar -Pushing the motorbike forward -Starting the bike -Setting the main stand -Shifting to neutral gear and 1st gear -controlling the brakes
On your orientation lesson the instructor will inform you what you can expect for your future classes and how you can prepare for them in order. Reporting for all practical lessons will be at level 5
1. Come early for your lesson, 15-20 mins before commencement and prepare yourself. If you are late for lesson you can't take part. 2. Take the correct colour tag, remember the number written on tag, proceed with your booklet to the instructor at the counter 3. You can leave your belongings at the open shelve for free or leave your bags in the locker 4. The things you need is, Helmet, knee guards, elbow pads, Gloves, Booklet with photo attach to it 5. If you intend to use the Helmet provided by the school you should wear a translucent sweat absorber over your head for hygiene 6. If you did not buy a glove for lesson go down to the canteen to buy a pair of durian glove. 7. If you do not have a Knee guard and elbow pad don't worry, you can find them at level 5 don't forget to return them after class ends 7. Without proper attire and equipment you will not be able to attend the lesson so get your stuff prepared seriously 8. Attire for class is Bright shirt, Jeans, Socks, shoes without lace protruding. 9. You will begin each class with a warm-up exercise, Neck stretch, Shoulder , Hand stretch, Front & Back stretch Foot rotation. 5mins 10. Each practical lesson is about 1.5hr long from lesson 1-7 11. There will be Four theory lesson you need to go for after your orientation lesson which is one hour long. Ask about lesson schedule. 12. You will learn the parts of the motorbike 13. Clutch, Throttle, Front Brakes, Rear Brakes, Signal light, Horn, Speedometer, Headlamp, Footrest, Fuel tank, Exhaust pipe, 14. Setting and releasing main stand and side stand 15. Lifting a fallen bike 16. How to start the bike by turning on the ignition switch to on, press the button for engine starter, shift to neutral gear 17. Procedure before moving off, checking back, release clutch slowly to the halfway point and throttle slightly and maintain it 18. There will be yellow cushion in front of you sticked to the wall for safety purpose
